It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the presentation of the book "How Putin Kills Abroad" - the largest monographic study of its kind by YuriI Shulipa, professor, respected lawyer and director of the International Union "Institute for National Policy".


The killings of activists, public figures and politicians, the assassination attempt on Skripal and Russian politician Alexei Navalny by Russian security services are public and serious crimes of international significance.
